Being out of network with an insurance company does not mean that the insurance company will not cover some or all of the services rendered. We are able to provide a Superbill for those who have insurance that we are not in-network with.

A superbill contains patient and company information with a list of services provided on the date of treatment. The superbill can be submitted by the patient or guardian to an out-of-network insurance company to seek reimbursement for those services. We encourage all patients or families to contact their insurance provider to learn what out-of-network benefits they have.
